MISSION

Turkic American Unity Association is a non-profit organization embracing the notion of unity amongst Turkic groups, the American public, all of humanity, and the environment. The celebration of cultural heritage should foster dialogue, curiosity and empathy rather than cause dissidence and misunderstanding. By focusing on a shared Turkic heritage, we also hope to highlight our shared human identity and meaningful belonging in the universe. Our mission is focused on the following tenets:

to bring awareness to a shared Turkic cultural and linguistic heritage amongst all Turkic ethnic groups
to preserve the rich cultural values and traditions belonging to these peoples
to foster cooperation, understanding and friendship amongst the various Turkic groups, American public, and the rest of humanity
to empower and educate Turkic-Americans in becoming effective and involved leaders
to promote healthy living and improved treatment of the environment
to address the concerns of the Turkic-American community and mobilize them to initiate and engage in social projects
to underscore the importance of virtue, integrity and respect
to educate Turkic-Americans and all interested individuals in communicating and engaging with others productively
to serve the community
to cultivate a better, more harmonious, and higher quality world for all!
