Leadership Workshop with John Jay Bonstingl, Pioneer in the International Quality Movement

TAU was so excited to have its very own John Jay Bonstingl, Pioneer of the International Quality Movement lead a leadership workshop. Members of the community from various walks of life joined together to improve their leadership skills by discussing and working on group activities to assess the areas in which they were already successful and in those they could afford improvement. The participants said that it was both an empowering and humbling experience. The goals of this workshop were to:
- Empower the Turkic-American youth as well as all interested individuals in becoming effective and devoted leaders
- Encourage the participants to implement quality living into every aspect of their lives
- Increase participants’ confidence and trust in both themselves and others
- Have participants improve and evaluate their interpersonal skills
- Inspire members of the community to think in terms of serving the collective good and fulfill their own life-mission
