Leadership Workshop with John Jay Bonstingl, Pioneer in the International Quality Movement

TAU was so excited to have its very own John Jay Bonstingl, Pioneer of the International Quality Movement lead a leadership workshop. Members of the community from various walks of life joined together to improve their leadership skills by discussing and working on group activities to assess the areas in which they were already successful and in those they could afford improvement. The participants said that it was both an empowering and humbling experience. The goals of this workshop were to:
- Focus on a common root and the numerous commonalities among the Turkic dialects
- Contribute to building a community and fostering friendships
- Promote learning in a fun, fully interactive environment
- Preserve Turkic languages
- Bring individuals of all backgrounds together while engaging with them in a productive, fun and educational environment
